At Urevora S.A. ("Urevora", "we") we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you provide when you browse urevora.com or join our waitlist.
1. Data controller
Controller: Urevora S.A., CUIT 30-71823456-4, registered office at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, 14th Floor, C1001AAD, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Registered with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) as a personal data controller under Argentine Law 25,326.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide through our forms: name and email address. We also collect basic technical browsing information (IP, device type, browser language, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) respond to enquiries and notify you when we open new investment rounds; (ii) send communications about Urevora real estate projects; (iii) comply with legal obligations; (iv) improve site security and operation.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent (Argentine Law 25,326, art. 5) and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations (Law 27,349, CNV regulations and AML/CFT regulations in force in Argentina).
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods in Argentina.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with contracted service providers (web hosting, email delivery, analytics), always under confidentiality agreements and equivalent security obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@urevora.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority in Argentina.

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the website. The last update date is always shown at the top of the document.
